COVID-19 Office Notice

David Etheriedge Business Operations, Business Planning, Charitable Planning, Estate Planning, News, Personal Planning, Uncategorized consultation, contact, corona, cover-19, virus

David Etheriedge, Etheriedge & Associates, PC

Effective May 18, 2020, our office has re-opened, and we are again accepting appointments for routine in-person meetings.   We will continue to take appropriate precautions to protect the health of our clients, staff and the general public, and we are more than happy to accommodate any request for remote (in lieu of in-person) consultation where appropriate.

——————————————————————————-

The Georgia “stay at home” or “shelter in place” order is in now in effect, calling for people, statewide, to avoid non-essential travel and activities, as well as for closure of non-essential businesses.

As a provider of legal services and advice, Etheriedge & Associates, PC is an essential business and will remain open to serve our clients during this uncertain and perilous time.  For the health and safety of our clients, our staff and the general public, however, we will be limiting in-person meetings to only those required for formal document signings and those we otherwise determine necessary on a case-by-case basis.  With the exception of such scheduled in-person appointments, our physical office will be closed through Friday, April 17, 2020.

Although we will not be conducting regular client meetings in our office, our existing technology and infrastructure will allow us to provide uninterrupted service while also protecting the health of our clients and staff.  When appropriate, in lieu of face-to-face client conferences, we will be scheduling telephone conferences and video conferences (subject to client preference).

Our systems enable everyone at the firm to operate remotely from the safety of our homes, so we may continue to work with each other and our clients while avoiding most routine face-to-face contact.

As new information becomes available and circumstances change, Etheriedge & Associates, PC will modify our operations as needed while continuing to prioritize the health of our clients and staff.

Thank you for the continued opportunity to serve you.

Please contact us at any time if you have questions, concerns or if we can be of assistance to you or your family in any way.
